This month, Health Volunteers Overseas released our 2015 Annual Report. As in previous years, the report highlights the impact made by our volunteers, members, donors and overseas partners have in resource-scarce countries around the globe.
In addition, this year’s report shares an array of stories from health workers worldwide. From our volunteers to the providers and students at our collaborating institutions overseas, health workers are the driving force behind each HVO project. The tales of leadership, collaboration, growth and impact included in this year’s annual report underscore what lies at the heart of HVO’s mission: the enduring spirit, hard work, passion and commitment of health workers to serving those in their communities and beyond.
