Innovations with e-learning

As September starts, many students will be returning to school and some businesses are reopening after the constraints of COVID-19. What has not changed is that, 1 ½ years later, the pandemic is still with us, and the delta variant is surging across the globe. That means that HVO is continuing its suspension of on-site volunteering. However, our virtual learning projects are thriving!
In our 2020 annual report, you can read about how the pandemic accelerated innovations with e-learning and how these opportunities for virtual education will remain a permanent component in HVO’s academic toolbox. While we all miss not being able to travel and work side-by-side with our colleagues abroad, virtual training allows the education to continue, and the mutual sharing of information and support is vital in these difficult times.
Please consider volunteering to share your skills and knowledge or, if that is not possible, please support HVO’s work through a contribution. Improving global health care is more important than ever!
Sincerely,
Nancy
